Professional Experience- She has an Industry Experience of 9 year + working with Computer Science Corporation (Division of US 2nd Largest Data Services) as Unit Manager Finance( 1999-2004) and Max New York Life Insurance Co. Ltd as Manager Operation and Special Projects Quality (2004-2007). She handled primary responsibility of Managing the end to end back office operations ,Setting up new offices ,Risk Management and Project Leader for Six Sigma Green Belt Projects on Process Re-Engineering and Cost Saving.

Rajni Nagu has 7 years experience teaching MBA programs in International Business, Marketing, and Business Communication. A faculty member for Marketing she currently tutors in Global Marketing Srategies, Business Research Issues and Business Communication & Creativity. Her areas of academic interest also include Emerging Markets and Corporate Governance.

Vardhan Choubey has teaching experience of eight years and industrial experience of two years. He is faculty for   marketing. His area of interest is Research Methodology and Retail Marketing . He has published research papers and case studies in national and international conferences. He is pursuing his PhD on topic “Dimensions affecting shopping behavior in organized and unorganized Retail formats”.

He has an overall experience of 12 years being faculty of Information Systems & Human Resource Management. Conducted EDP / MDP for Companies, Police, MPSEB and MSME. He has presented and published papers in National / International conferences and articles in national dailies. He has delivered talks on different aspects of MBA, broadcasted on Radio. Pursuing PhD. on the topic, “Labour Welfare Practices in the Private Enterprises”.
