Sumant Bhushan

A product of Doon School Mr Sumant Bhushan has more than 10 years of teaching experience and 18 years Industrial experience nationally and internationally. A faculty member for Finance and Lateral thinking spearheads and encourages innovative business ideas . He organizes guest lecturers, industry visits and trains students to participate in national and international competitions on innovative business ideas. He has compiled many case studies on Entreprenurship and Entreprenuerial innovation in partnership with the teaching faculty of the parent University at Leciester UK. .He mentored the team from the Business School that reached the finals of 2015 PolyU Innovation & Entrepreneurship Global Student Challenge 2015 in the Universities Division in Hongkong. He tutors the modules Creative Action in Organizations, Forensic Accounting and Entrepreneurial Business through Innovation Today.

Pratibha Chaurasia

Pratibha Chaurasia is a member of Institute of Chartered Accountant of India (’98) and an Old Dalian (’93). She is also associated to Life Office Management Association of USA (2001), Insurance Institute of India (Licentiate- Life Branch Topper) - 2002 and Six Sigma Green Belt Certified (2006).She has 9 years teaching experience with DCBS and 9 years Industrial experience with Computer Science Corporation as Unit Manager Finance( 1999-2004) and Max New York Life Insurance Co. Ltd as Manager Operation and Special Projects Quality (2004-2007). She mentors module of Strategic Management , Business Finance, Financial Markets and Institutions and Performance Measurement of Organization.

He is currently pursuing his Ph.D. in “Study on Factors Affecting Investment Decision of Mutual Fund Investors”. His areas of academic interest also include Financial Markets, Investment Analysis and Portfolio Management.

He has presented and published papers in Journals, National / International conferences and articles in national dailies. He has obtained his PhD in Labour Welfare Practices.

Dr. Rinku Joshi has teaching experience of 15 years with many reputed colleges and national level management institutes. She has been into visiting assignments with Institute of Company Secretaries of India, Chapter Office, Indore and JNTU, Andhra Pradesh in collaboration with University of Canada West. She has taught Marketing of Services, Service Operations Management, Global Business Issues, Introduction to Work & Organisations, Business communication, Soft Skills, Business Ethics & Corporate Governance, Behavioural Science, Social Psychology and English. This broad-spectrum experience enables her to effectively relate with the graduate and post graduate students of the management stream.

She has been conducting training and orientation programs for students, teachers and corporate in the areas of soft skills. The feedback from the environment has been praiseworthy, as the aspirants have exhibited positive benefits, both in their early professional careers, as well as in their social interactions in the business environment. Being a committed believer in augmentation, Rinku accordingly cross-fertilizes varied management techniques to produce user satisfaction results. She has been co-facilitating experiential training program for Indian and UAE based business organizations like L & T, Samsung, Escorts Agri-Machinery, Dainik Bhaskar, Vodafone and BESTSELLER to name a few.
