The E-Leader Workshop – training future leaders
Organized by Wadhwani Foundation and Daly College Business School, the E-Leader Workshop was meant to train future leaders to run outcome-based entrepreneurial programs. The aim: Generate impact by supporting entrepreneurs who can create ventures in addition to creating jobs in the country.
The workshop aimed at helping e-leaders and budding entrepreneurs to discover leadership styles and leadership skill sets to create entrepreneurial cells as startups. The intention is to enable students to acquire wisdom and experience on how to run and manage startups once they graduate.
Altogether 44 students representing 16 academic institutions from Indore, Bhopal, Dhamod, and other areas of Madhya Pradesh participated in this workshop. The E-Cell facilitators who ran the workshop: Ms. Marlina Ramchandran, Ms. Bhumika Jain, and Ms. Kriti Sahu. The DCBS NEN coordinators were Mr. Sumant Bhushan, Ms. Poojae Sethi, and Dean Mr. Om Singh Chauhan.
