Dr. Rinku Joshi has teaching experience of 15 years with many reputed colleges and national level management institutes. She has been into visiting assignments with Institute of Company Secretaries of India, Chapter Office, Indore and JNTU, Andhra Pradesh in collaboration with University of Canada West. She has taught Marketing of Services, Service Operations Management, Global Business Issues, Introduction to Work & Organisations, Business communication, Soft Skills, Business Ethics & Corporate Governance, Behavioural Science, Social Psychology and English. This broad-spectrum experience enables her to effectively relate with the graduate and post graduate students of the management stream.

She has been conducting training and orientation programs for students, teachers and corporate in the areas of soft skills. The feedback from the environment has been praiseworthy, as the aspirants have exhibited positive benefits, both in their early professional careers, as well as in their social interactions in the business environment. Being a committed believer in augmentation, Rinku accordingly cross-fertilizes varied management techniques to produce user satisfaction results. She has been co-facilitating experiential training program for Indian and UAE based business organizations like L & T, Samsung, Escorts Agri-Machinery, Dainik Bhaskar, Vodafone and BESTSELLER to name a few.

Prof. Joshi has written and presented various research papers in the area of Sustainable Business Environment, Customer Relationship Management, Business Ethics & Corporate Governance, and Human Resource & Management. A case based on family owned and governed businesses at Sonic Bio-chem, submitted to The Indian School of Business, Hyderabad which has earned widespread accolades.

Om Singh Chauhan has an experience spanning 23 years with Industry leaders like The Taj Group in Hospitality and Airtel in Tele Communication. He brings rich insight into Customer centricity, Employee engagement and development, Financial (Revenue and cost) focus and Process alignment.

He is a certified Six Sigma Black Belt from IGE and is an accredited Master Practitioner of NLP (neuro linguistic programme) which gives a deep understanding of Human Behavior with perfect Process orientation to build a robust Business School. His experience will bring a good balance in corporate requirement and the academics.

Poojae Sethi

Poojae Sethi has 18 years of teaching experience and more than 2 years of industrial exposure in the field of marketing, sales & advertising. She has conducted workshops for 'Field' managers. Her research papers & articles have been published in international and national journals. Her areas of academic interests include Marketing & Business Communications. Modules tutored by her are Brand Management, Marketing Communications, Retail Marketing and Marketing Project.

Dr. Shruti Maheshwari

Dr. Shruti Maheshwari is associated with DCBS from last ten years. She has keen interest in research with respect to individual investors, their investment pattern, psychology and financial markets & institutions. She has published various research papers in national journals. She has participated and also presented papers in national and international management conferences. Her doctorate is on Study of Psychographic Segmentation and Investment Pattern of Individual Investors. She has qualified UGC NET Exam in Management. She has successfully completed online certification and Faculty Development Program in Accounting and Research from Indian Institute of Technology, Madras offered by National Coordinator NPTEL.

In past ten years she has tutored modules like Financial Accounting, Quantitative Analysis, Business Economics, Global Business Issues, Business Research Issues & Analysis and Financial Institutions and Markets. Her area of academic interest includes Financial Markets, Financial Management and Behavioral Finance.

Dr. Ratish C Gupta

EPGP IIM Kozhikode Ph.D, MBA, PGDBF, BCom

A proud alumnus of the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Kozhikode, Dr. Ratish C Gupta is associated with DCBS since February 2013. He had over 9 years of corporate experience in the financial service industry. He worked for organisations like IDBI Bank, IL&FS Investsmart Ltd, Franklin Templeton Investments & Aditya Birla Money Ltd. He managed nearly all verticals of marketing and was also involved in portfolio management of retail and high net worth individuals.

DR. Gupta has successfully completed the one-year executive program on Marketing Management from the Indian Institute of Management (IIM) Kozhikode.

He did his PhD in Management where he researched behavioural aspects of Mutual Fund Investors and their investment decisions. He is a “Certified Investment Analyst” and “Certified Market Professional – Level 3” by National Stock Exchange.

He has successfully completed two modules offered by IIT Madras and IIT Kanpur on Research and Marketing Management under the AICTE NPTEL FDP program.

Dr. Gupta has successfully completed the prestigious NISM-Series-XV: Research Analyst Certification Examination specified under Regulation 7(2) of the SEBI (Research Analysts) Regulations, 2014. He also cleared the “ NISM Series VA- MFD Certification” organised by the National Institute of Securities Market (an educational initiative by SEBI).

Dr. Gupta has a bouquet of professional certifications which include NCFM Cash Market, NCFM Derivative Market, NCFM Commodities Market, NCFM Fundamental Analysis, NCFM Technical analysis, NCFM Macro Economics for Financial Market, NCFM Investment analysis and Portfolio Management, and NCFM Wealth Management. These certifications exams are designed and conducted by National Stock Exchange.

Dr. Ratish Gupta has contributed through his research papers in many National & International Journals. He has over 9 years of research experience. He has presented his research papers in National and International Conferences. He has been appointed as Co Editor in Chief of UK Based “Journal of Organizational Culture, Communications and Conflict”, & an Associate Editor of UK based two journals namely “Journal of Economics and Economic Education Research & Journal of International Academy of Case Studies”. He has been included as Member - Editorial /Review Board by 11 International Journals of UK USA and Middle East . These journals are indexed in reputed and leading research & citation database like SCOPUS, SCIMAGO, DRJI, EBSCO, ProQuest, Index Copernicus, ABDC, SIS, Questia & UGC.

Academy of Entrepreneurship Journal has recognised and awarded a certificate for his outstanding contribution in reviewing in February 2020. This journal is publishing quality research papers since 1995 and is indexed in SCOPUS, ABDC, SCIMAGO & CNKI.

He is also NISM CPE Trainer and empanelled with the Centre for Investment Education & Learning (CIEL) for two modules “Mutual Fund Distributors” & “Mutual Fund Foundation”. Modules are developed by NISM as mandated under SEBI (Certification of Associated Persons in the Securities Markets) Regulation, 2007. He has conducted 3 training 1-day programmes to date in association with CIEL Mumbai where he trained more than 100 Mutual fund distributors.

He edited the book “ANVESHAK - Demystifying Contemporary Business Scenarios” published by Asian Press Kolkata in 2021 ISBN 978-93-92288-54-8.

Since 2013 he tutored modules like Principles of Marketing, Business Research, Global Business Issues, Retail Business, Marketing Communication, and Marketing Project. His areas of academic interest also include Financial Markets, Investment Analysis & Portfolio Management.

Dr. Shreshth Chhabra

Dr Shreshth Chhabra holds a PhD degree in Labour welfare. He has a teaching experience of almost 21 years and taught at undergraduate, Postgraduate, Executive Programme, PhD coursework level and guided research projects. In his present assignment, he is associated with DCBS, an affiliate college of De Montfort University, UK.

He was associated with a Renaissance university as Coordinator Research wing and PhD supervisor. He has published in national and international Journals, Conferences and dailies. He is associated as reviewer in two international prestigious journals – Global Journal of Labour, University of the Witwatersrand, South Africa and Journal of HRM, Science publishing group, New York, USA. He has conducted MDPs for MSME , State Electricity Board, Police and other corporate as well. He has been recognized by Rotary Club, Amity Business School and EMG-SSM Trust.

Yamini Chhajlany

Mrs. Yamini Chhajlany has done her schooling from leading public schools of India and Dubai,namely, The Modern High School,Dubai , Mayo College Girls school, Ajmer and The Daly College, Indore. She has pursued her undergraduation from DMU,Leicester and her post graduation from Indore Indira group of institutes, Indore. She is currently pursuing her Phd. in management.

Mrs. Chhajlany has worked with HSBC,Bank in U.K, Dubai and India for over a decade.Throughout her stint with HSBC she has consistently been a top performer. She has undergone corporate international training in U.K, Dubai and India under the leading training and development programs offered by HSBC. She has also qualified for conventions touring to Singapore, Dubai and other foreign destinations. Her last post at HSBC, India was as the Associate Vice President.

She further pursued teaching as a profession and has taught at Renaissance group of Institutes for 5 years. Post her undergraduation at DMU she was offered placements with 3 other companies also through the campus placement department. Mrs. Yamini is well travelled and holds good international knowledge and exposure. She is an avid reader and a keen learner. She believes in teaching through experience and learning.

She also helps students get interships during their tenure at DCBS,India. Hence she plays an active role in organising industrial visits and mentorship programs offered through DCBS,Indore. Also an active volunteer in arranging various talk shows held at the campus for students as well as faculty.

She has attended the IMA convention and CII branding and marketing conclave 2019 and Sahil Arora talk show at IIM, Indore . She is currently teaching International marketing, Contemporary management and Employability ,Professionalism and Academic study skills.

Dr. Vibha Sahu

B.Sc. Maths, MMS 2 years, PhD in Management

Dr. Vibha Sahu has joined DCBS in August 2018. Her doctorate is on the Impact of Influencing factors on Organisational Effectiveness. Her areas of research interest include Organisational Effectiveness, culture, personality and training. She has published research papers in national and international journals. She has participated and presented papers in international conferences. She has qualified UGC-NET Examination in Human Resource Management. Dr. Vibha Sahu has over 9 years of teaching experience with institutes like PIMR, Indore; IMS, Indore; IIPS, Indore and one year of corporate experience. She has worked with IIM, Indore as an Academic Associate for two years. She tutors Understanding Business, Consumer Behaviour and Contemporary Management.
